VAT included, no forced term. The only thing billed separately is what Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, which you pay to Meta directly.

Is there a free WhatsApp chatbot?

There's no free plan, but you get a 30-day guarantee: if it's not for you, we refund your first month. The AI assistant that replies on its own comes with Crece and Emprendedor; with Inicio you reply from the inbox.

What is the WhatsApp Business API, and how is it different from the app?

The WhatsApp Business app runs on one phone. The official Meta API connects your number to a system where your team and an AI assistant work from one shared inbox, with no risk of being blocked like unofficial tools.

Do I need a WhatsApp business account? Can I keep my number?
